Mr. Irfan Gul Memon advocate for the petitioners alongwith petitioners Mr. Ali Safdar Depar, Assistant AG Mr. Mumtaz Ali Shah, Assistant PG Ghulam Ahmed Shaikh, DSP / SDPO, Sukhan District Malir, Karachi PI Shaukat Ali Shar, PS Sukhan, District Malir, Karachi Inspector Ghulam Mustafa Solangi, SHO PS Jati, District Sujawal as well as on behalf of the SSP District Sujawal --------------------------------

Petitioners are present along with their counsel. It is inter alia contended that petitioner No.1 Mst. Saima has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 Sudeer, against the wishes of her parents. Photo copies of Nikahnama and affidavit of freewill are annexed as annexure s A and B along with petition. It is further submitted that private respondents No.7 to 23 being annoyed fro m the marriage of the petitioners are harassing them and there is serious apprehension that they may be killed as a Karo-Kari. This Court vide order dated 23.10.2025, issued notices to the respondents with directions to the SHO concerned to provide protect ion to the petitioners . Today, the private respondents are called absent without intimation. The SHO present in Court submits that due protection shall be provided to the petitioners. He is directed to obtain bond of Rs.500,000/ - (Rupees five lac) each fro m the private respondents to the effect that no bodily harm shall be caused to the petitioners and the same bonds shall be kept at the police station and can be used against them if there is harm caused to the petitioners. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
