Petitioners have filed this Constitutional Petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 with the following prayer:- i. To direct the respondent No.1 to 3 to provide the detail of FIR(s) if any lodged by the respondent No.11 and 12 against the petitioners

ii. To direct the respondent No.1 to 9 to provide the legal protection to the petitioners from the hand s of the private respondent No.11 and 12 according to law.

iii. To permanently restrain the respondents, their attorneys, agents, workers, employees, representatives, sub ordinates, person or persons working direct or indirectly under them from harassing, pressurizing, blackmailing and issuance of threats for dire consequences to the petitioners as well as restrained to the respondents from lodging of any false, fabricated and bogus FIR against the petitioner without due process of law in any manner or whatever in nature.

This Court vide order dated 20.10.2025, issued notices to the respondents as well as to learned Advocate General Sindh and learned Prosecutor General Sindh for today. Official respondents / police officials are present in Court. They state that neither they have harassed the petitioner s nor intend to do so. Learned AAG and learned APG also states that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioners and the police officials present in Court shall act strictly in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of with directions to the official respondents not to cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner s. However, if there is a cognizable offence, the police shall be free to take action in accordance with law.
